Shipping, Changes and Returns

ORDER PREPARATION
At THE RUNNING REPUBLIC® we are working every day to improve your experience with the brand, not only developing the best sustainable sports apparel, but also providing the best purchasing experience, so we found the way to propose you two types of delivery: a faster delivery to enjoy your new equipment in a maximum of 48 hours and another less urgent and cheaper if you do not have this requirement: our commitment is to deliver your parcel in 24-48 hours (working days) with our faster delivery and in 2-6 working days with the slower delivery. All orders placed from Monday to Friday before 12:00p.m. will be prepared and shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed after 12:00p.m. will be prepared the next business day (Commitment to orders placed from an European country, from Monday to Friday before 12:00p.m.).
We don’t make any shipment on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
Once the order is placed, THE RUNNING REPUBLIC® will send an email with the order confirmation.
SHIPPING SERVICE AND COURIER
We know that buying online is a trustworthy process and we also know that, unfortunately, some shipments may suffer delays that are not responsibility of the courier company hired by THE RUNNING REPUBLIC®, but to be sure that your experience is always the best we have chosen one of the best couriers worldwide. The delivery service will be carried out by UPS, a company that is not only one of the most reliable companies in transport industry, is also a company that constantly seeks to reduce its carbon footprint.
The transport industry is changing to be more sustainable and UPS is a guarantee of this.
Once collected the parcel in our logistics facilities, UPS will send you an email with the tracking code of the shipment and will keep you informed of possible incidents with it.
UPS offers two services like UPS Access Point®, and UPS My Choice®.
UPS Access Point® locations are shops with wide opening hours, where you can enjoy convenient pick-up and deposit time and place options. More information.
With UPS My Choice® you can reschedule delivery and/or redirect your packages to an alternative address or to a UPS Access Point® location in a simple way, through the UPS website or the UPS apps for iOS and Android. More information.
Shipping is free of charge for any order over 50€ from any EU Country and over 150€ from Usa, Canada and UK.
In case of total or partial returns of orders delivered free of charge for being over 50€ (or 150€ from USA, Canada and UK), THE RUNNING REPUBLIC® reserves the right to charge to the Client the value of the first shipment discounting it from the amount to be paid in concept of return.
We live in a globalized World and we would love to be able to send our sustainable product to any place on Earth without any extra charge for our clients, but today it is not possible. That’s why THE RUNNING REPUBLIC® is not responsible for the payment of taxes and customs duties applied by the country of destination, which must be paid by the customer.
THE RUNNING REPUBLIC® cannot be responsible for any delays caused by customs procedures.
In case of return of any product that has been subject to taxes or customs duties, THE RUNNING REPUBLIC® will not be responsible for the reimbursement of these taxes or customs duties.
THE RUNNING REPUBLIC® reserves the right to modify the shipping costs or free conditions offered on its website without prior notice.
